How do I rank in the Google map pack?
Google ranks local results on relevance, distance and prominence. Distance is fixed, so the work is a complete, accurate profile, steady answered reviews and matching directory listings. Localplus does all three, the directory listings from the Pro plan up.
Can you fix a suspended Google Business Profile?
We can file the appeal for you: we gather proof your business is real, submit the reinstatement request through Google's own process and handle the back and forth. Reinstatement is a one-time service, $399 in US dollars, not part of the monthly plans. Google makes the final decision.
Can you remove fake reviews from my profile?
Only Google can take a review down. From the Pro plan up, Localplus reports reviews that break Google's policies, such as fakes and mistaken identity, through Google's own tools and appeals a refusal. Without a plan, our one-time removal service handles a single review.

Does Google Business Profile management start with a free trial?
Yes on Pro and Ultimate, which start with a 7-day free trial; Standard also includes profile management and is billed from day one. You add a card to start the trial. Cancel before it ends and you pay nothing; if you don't, the plan you chose is charged the day it ends.
Is this the same as Google My Business management services?
Yes. Google renamed Google My Business to Google Business Profile in 2021, so Google My Business management is this same service under its old name.
Is Google Maps SEO the same as Google Business Profile management?
They overlap most of the way. Google Maps SEO is the goal: showing up in Maps and the map pack. Managing your Google Business Profile is most of the work, because the profile is what Maps shows. Reviews, directory listings and your website do the rest, and our local SEO service covers those.
